Have you noticed a defect or a technical issue? Don't wait, send us a message within the three-month warranty period. The sooner we know, the faster we can respond. You can easily reach us via WhatsApp or email; we always respond quickly to find a solution together.
Send us the details and proof
To help you as best as possible, we need some information. Please send us a brief description of the problem along with your order number. Please include clear photos or (even better) a short video showing or audibly demonstrating the problem (for example, crackling electronics). This allows our repair technicians to make an immediate, remote diagnosis.
The solution
We'll assess the damage and discuss the best course of action with you. Often, the guitar can be returned to us (so please keep your box safe!). In some cases, however, it's more convenient or faster to contact a local luthier. With our prior written approval, we'll cover the cost of the repair.
