At GitaarBarbaar, everything revolves around the perfect fit between you and your instrument. Unpacked your guitar and realize it's not quite right for you? Don't worry. We're happy to handle exchanges or returns .

From the moment the delivery person delivers the guitar, you have 14 days to try it out at your leisure. Think of it as an extended trial session in your own living room.

• Try it out: You can of course take the guitar out of the packaging and play it to assess whether you want to keep it (just like you would in a physical store).
• Product Condition: For a full refund, the guitar must be in its original condition, free of new signs of use, and include all included tags and documentation.

Want to return a guitar or exchange it for another one in our inventory? Follow these steps:

1. Register your return: Send us a message within 14 days via WhatsApp (085-130 7538) or email. Please include your order number.
2. Packing: Preferably use the original shipping box and protective material. A guitar is fragile; make sure it's packed securely and safely.
3. Shipping: You can drop off the package at a shipping point of your choice. Please note: The customer bears the costs and risk of return shipping. We always recommend insuring your shipment.
4. Refund: Once we receive the guitar in good order, we will refund the full purchase price (including the original shipping costs) within 14 days via your chosen payment method.

Did you trade in a guitar with us to get a discount on your new purchase? Please note the following conditions for returns:

• Trade-in discount: In case of a return, the trade-in discount granted will expire.
• The traded-in guitar: Your old guitar will not be returned; after trading it in, it immediately becomes the property of GitaarBarbaar.
• Offset: We'll refund the purchase price, minus the value of the trade-in discount. For administrative and inspection fees, a standard €50 deduction will be deducted from the refund amount for returns with a trade-in.

If your guitar was damaged during transport, please report this via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receipt, along with photos of the box and the instrument. We will, of course, resolve the issue immediately, and the shipping costs will be covered by us.
