Absolutely. We don't ship a guitar without it having passed through our hands. We give it a full inspection, a fresh set of strings, and a professional setup. Our repairers have experience working with guitars from major artists. This means it arrives ready to play!

We don't just do a quick check, we deliver quality work. Every guitar includes:
- New strings: Usually our own 10-46 Medium Tension (electric).
- Fretboard service: Deep cleaning, fret polishing, and wood oiling.
- Neck adjustment: As straight as possible with a little relief for optimum playing comfort.
- Intonation & Action: Accurately adjusted across the entire neck and a comfortable string height.
- Hardware & Electronics: Everything is checked for functionality and made crack-free.

As an online specialist, we offer you the opportunity to test the guitar in your own environment. We don't have a physical showroom for shopping. However, thanks to our 14-day return policy, you can comfortably assess whether this is the right guitar for you in the comfort of your own home.

Yes. Because we often sell unique (used/vintage) pieces, what you see is what you get . We take unique photos of each guitar so you can accurately assess the condition of the instrument.

Order your guitar before 4:00 PM on weekdays, and you'll likely receive it the next day! PostNL will collect your parcels from us around 7:00 PM; you'll immediately receive a Track & Trace code to track your new purchase.

Yes, that's possible! You can pick up your order on weekdays at our location in Eindhoven (also a PostNL point). We're open from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. After placing your order, you'll receive the address and details immediately.

Orders over €499 ship for free ! Orders under that amount will be calculated at checkout. Shipping costs depend on weight, size, and delivery location. You'll always see the exact amount before you pay.

The warranty covers things that should not happen during normal use, such as:
- Electronics failing (jack, elements, switches).
- Faulty tuners or bridge parts.
- Structural problems (e.g. loose neck or bridge).
- Fret buzz or intonation problems when adjusted correctly.
- Damage due to transport.

- Wearing parts such as strings.
- Noisy or crackling potentiometers (unless otherwise stated, this is sometimes part of the vintage character).

What are the conditions for trade-in if I return my purchase?

If you traded in a guitar for a new purchase and you decide to return that new purchase, the following rules apply:
- The trade-in discount received will expire.
- The traded-in guitar remains with us (it is deemed to have been sold and will not be returned).
- You'll receive the trade-in value, minus a €50 administration and processing fee. This will be deducted from your refund.
